Xamse Muuse Ciise Cadaroosh
Director

Hamsa Adaroosh is the founder of Nuuriya Affordable Home Developments Construction &
Engineering Systems and serves as the Director of the company. He has experience varying
from working Somaliland Authority as technical advisor for the Ministry of Public works,
Land and Housing, worked both non-profit, and profit making organizations. Varying
experience gained for the existing sectors of Somaliland, the recent housing need assessment
for Somaliland has showing existing housing crisis, which demands creativity of providing
affordable housing units to build to meet the rising demand. Mr Adaroosh using his previous
experience of working International worldwide known housing developers such Kier, has
seen opportunities for developing quality-housing units in competitive prices.
